▢  Complete and submit medical history ( including proof of Meningitis Vaccine*

              Note: Students enrolled in Huston-Tillotson University shall have the following
              ● One dose Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td or Tdap) is required within the last ten years
              ● *Meningococcal Vaccine (MCV4 preferred) – Also acceptable is MPSV4 & MEN B.
                   Must be current (After initial dose of the meningitis shot, a booster meningiti520_chad_africa_meningitisvaccinemenafrivacs                                                  shot is required every 5 years until age 22
              ● Two doses of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) are required;
              ● Three doses of Hepatitis B vaccine are required;
              ● Current TB Test; (PPD or TST – Skin; or QFT Quantiferon Gold

             *The Meningitis vaccine is required and must be administered at least 10 days moving into the
                residence halls or 10 days before classes begin.Failure to comply will result in canceled              

▢  Remit the residence hall deposit for fall and spring:
▢  Check your email for updates regarding assignments and move-in policies. All move-in information will be sent to you via email.
▢  Check the list of “What to Bring & What Not to Bring!”
▢  Get your renter’s insurance. The Office of Housing and Residence Life very strongly advises that each resident carry individual renter’s insurance
      for his or her personal property in the event of fire, flood, theft, hurricane, tornado, overflowing tubs, broken pipes, water main breaks, etc.
      HT does not protect personal belongings from burglary, vandalism, fire, smoke, and other perils.
▢  Plan to attend HT’s RAM Training Camp and see how much fun living in Austin can be.
